Investments, Mergers And Acquisitions is the role that Stephen Dent has continued to fill throughout his professional career. Even while graduating from Harvard University with a BA and MBA he took on a role within PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He also worked for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Company as well as private equity investment firm Rosenkranz and Company. Outside his current role overseeing all investment activity within Dent Inc, a role he undertakes as company president, Stephen loves to indulge his love of marine life which he developed during a family trip to Hawaii as a young boy.
While graduating from Harvard University with a BA and MBA, Stephen Dent worked in his first role within finance, mergers, and acquisitions for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Following completion of graduate school and after 3 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he left this role and went to work in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company followed by private equity investment banking firm Rosenkranz and Company. In 1986 he left this role to establish his own private equity investment firm called Dent Inc where he remains today.
As company president of Dent Inc, Stephen Dent is personally responsible for overseeing all investment actions of the company. Not only does this mean helping to formulate and manage the overall investment strategies for the company but it also means overseeing all of the individual investments that the company is responsible for. While this may sound like a massive undertaking, it is one that Stephen Dent continues to embrace and enjoy with great success.
